Our classes
Fitness Ballet
The class includes mix of fitness disciplines: shaping, body ballet and gymnastics. The choreography is mentally and physically demanding which will improve your coordination, focus, creative skills and exercise efficiency. The workout has a classic structure: a warm-up with high-amplitude lymphatic drainage exercises, a strength section to work out problem areas, a cardio set for fat burning, a target section on the mat and dynamic stretching, including special exercises for lifting the neckline and face.

Dynamic Stretching
Dynamic Stretching relaxes and tones your muscles, shaping your dream figure and improving performance. This form of stretching improves speed, agility and acceleration. It involves the active tightening of your muscles and moving your joints through their full range of motion. These functional and sport-specific movements help increase muscle temperature and decrease muscle stiffness.
Barre Zen
Our Barre Zen class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, pulsation movements designed specifically for women with combination of short breathing flows. In this class we will work on targeted zones, posture and grace, developing stamina and strength. The pulse exercises are moving your body up and down in a tiny, repetitive motion to tone the muscles to the fullest. This workout can help you achieve a true toned feminine body without stress. All movements synchronised to a calm music, for balanced immersive fitness experience that will tone your body and recentre your mind.
